On March 25th from 9 am to 1 pm, Bensley Elementary School will host their First Annual Bensley Soccer Cup and Science Fair. We are looking for community partners, volunteers, and families to help! 1.  Day of support:

• Set up and clean up

• Working the concession stand

• Water and snack station for player

• Referees

• Science Fair helpers

• Soccer players to join our teams (we are in hopes for at least 2 partners for each team)

2.  In-kind Contributions

We are also in need of donations for our player’s refreshment booth.  The items we need are:

• bottled water (we will need 1000 total)

• Gatorade (we will need 500 total)

• oranges

• bananas

3.   Family Resource Tables

Setting up a table for our families to visit during the event. We would love for you to showcase your business or agency!!

4.  Science Fair Judges

Prior to the Science Fair event, we are looking for community partners to come to Bensley to help judge the Science Fair projects. Judging will take place on Wednesday, March 22 anytime from 9 am to 12 pm, and again on March 23 anytime from 9 am to 1 pm.  Being a judge entails coming to the school during the listed times to walk through and score students’ projects based on specific criteria.
