Go-to school snack: I enjoy protein shakes for a mid-morning snack and peanut M&Ms are a fantastic afternoon treat.

My favorite part of the school day: My favorite part of the day is first thing in the morning. Greeting students with a smile and a hug or a high five sets the tone for a great day.

A student moment that always makes me smile:Seeing students in the hallway and hearing them ask when they get to come spend time with me makes me smile.

What “showing up” means to me: “Showing up” means being a consistent, safe and loving presence in our students’ school day.

One thing I hope every student knows: I hope every student knows that I believe in their potential and I am always cheering them on.
