My favorite part of the school day: I enjoy lunch time; the students think I’m “skipping” but I’m actually performing check-ins!
A student moment that always makes me smile: Meeting a student or family’s basic needs always makes my heart so full.
What “showing up” means to me: When I show up, I give the look and feel of my best because that’s what my students deserve.
One thing I hope every student knows: My hope and prayer is that you meet the expectations that I created for my own life, then exceed them for yours.

My favorite part of the school day: When I walk around and go into classes to engage with students and teachers, especially PE classes.
A student moment that always makes me smile: Whenever I come to work after missing any time, even if it is just one day, I will have students asking me where I was. And also telling me that they missed me!
What “showing up” means to me: Being there for my students in any and every way possible. I may not always be at my best but I can consistently be a source of love, support, encouragement and guidance.
One thing I hope every student knows: One thing I hope every student knows is that I love and believe in them regardless of the struggles they have faced. There is nothing that I enjoy more than celebrating them and seeing them excited and proud of themselves!
