A student moment that always makes me smile: Seeing students dancing and enjoying one of their last moments at Salem at the 8th grade dance every year.

Share a positive or meaningful moment with a student: My quiet and shy 6th grade student blossomed into a bold and confident 8th grade student due to her three year relationship with her CIS mentor.

What “showing up” means to me: By being consistent and reliable, following through and actively listening.
